vcity33 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and vcity33 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the vcity33 website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, "the Services"). By creating an account or using the Services in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or other policies published on vcity33.org, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.Eligibility

To use the vcity33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The 21+ age restriction is strictly enforced and is a condition of access to the platform, not merely a registration formality.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the vcity33 platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by administrative action.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of vcity33 or any of its affiliated gaming providers.

vcity33 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or where misrepresentation is detected.

3.Account Registration and KYC Verification

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the vcity33 platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household address, IP address, device, payment method, or beneficiary identity are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You acknowledge that vcity33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of address — must be submitted and approved before your first deposit is processed or games accessed.

vcity33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the account's lifetime. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

4.Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vcity33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vcity33 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from vcity33 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You must notify vcity33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. vcity33 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality or your failure to notify us promptly upon becoming aware of a breach.

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account security settings, as an additional layer of protection beyond your password.

5.Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits and transactions on the vcity33 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank FPX, and other methods as displayed on the deposit page at any given time. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

Funds deposited into your vcity33 account are credited for the purpose of gameplay. Deposit transactions are non-refundable once credited to your account unless a technical error is demonstrated. vcity33 reserves the right to return deposits without processing if verification has not been completed or if the deposit is suspected to involve fraudulent payment instruments.

Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the deposit page. vcity33 does not charge internal deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.

6.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made by verified account holders. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, to prevent money laundering. vcity33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Processing timelines: e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day of approval; bank transfer withdrawals within two (2) to three (3) business days. These are target timelines and may vary during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. vcity33 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the withdrawal page. vcity33 reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawal requests where the account is under investigation for breach of these Terms.

7.Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by vcity33 are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant offer page. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus-derived winnings.

Wagering requirements represent the number of times bonus funds (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type and are displayed in the bonus terms.

vcity33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected — including but not limited to exploitation of promotion mechanics, multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, or collusion — vcity33 may void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it and may suspend the account.

8.Gameplay Rules and Technical Malfunctions

All games offered on the vcity33 platform are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game's outcome only.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, server error, or any system failure that interrupts or corrupts the outcome of a game round, vcity33 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. vcity33 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager amount.

Bets placed on live casino games are final once the dealer has announced "no more bets." vcity33 will not accept disputes relating to live casino outcomes where the game round completed normally and the dealer's physical actions were unambiguous.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vcity33 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account in circumstances designed to circumvent eligibility requirements.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, analyse games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary users through the standard interface.
• Engaging in, or facilitating, collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to vcity33 support.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider other than in cases of demonstrable fraud or technical error.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities where required by law.

10.Responsible Gaming

vcity33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

Players who have self-excluded from vcity33 must not attempt to register new accounts or circumvent the exclusion in any way. vcity33 will use reasonable technical measures to detect and prevent such circumvention, but players acknowledge that the primary obligation not to circumvent a self-exclusion rests with the player themselves.

11.Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from vcity33.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vcity33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.

vcity33's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13.Amendments to These Terms

vcity33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. Non-material changes may be published on the platform without advance notice. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which vcity33 holds its gaming authority licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting vcity33 customer support.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority. The language of arbitration shall be English. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection law.
